Hi, I’m Ella. I'm a therapeutic practitioner with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and undertaking my MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience. I am also trained in trauma-focused CBT, clinical formuation and certified as a Thrive Practitioner, allowing me to support clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological needs. I am dedicated to providing trauma-informed therapy, CBT based support and compassionate talk therapy for young people, adults and families.

I believe that effective therapy begins with a strong genuine connection between therapist and client. My sessions are grounded in evidence-informed techniques, but above all, they're shaped by empathy, understanding and commitment to addressing even the deepest concerns.

I have extensive experience working with children in a school for child sexual exploitation supporting both through trauma-informed, non-judgemental therapeutic work. This background has strengthened by belief in the power of safe, consistent emotional support and the importance of making therapy accessible to everyone.

Alongside professional experience, I also draw insight from the lived experience of myself, family and close friends, Through this I have experience with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, OCD, schizophrenia, bereavement and chronic mental health challenges, These help me offer therapy that feels relatable, grounded and deeply compassionate.

I believe emotional wellbeing impacts every part of daily life - relationships, work, finances, confidence, routines and self-care - and that self improvement should be accessible, affordable and supportive, not intimidating. Simple conversations, practical guidance and a safe space to explore your emotions can create meaningful change.
